Regarded as a pioneer in the art auction world in South East Asia, Deborah is a highly sought-after auctioneer in the region. She has also been a consultant to the Bazaar Art Fair, Indonesia’s most prestigious art fair, and contributes on Art and Design for several leading Design and Lifestyle publications in Indonesia. Deborah established the first international auction house representative office for Christies in Indonesia in 1996 and was Vice President and Chief Representative for 12 years before moving to head Sotheby’s as Managing Director in 2009.
